Incorporated in 1951, the Post and Courier Foundation is a company sponsored foundation that gives primarily in the Charleston area. This foundation supports organizations involved with arts and culture, education, the environment, health, law enforcement, and community development. They have given grants in the past to such organizations as Salvation Army, The Charleston Museum and South Carolina Maritime Heritage Foundation.
