2008 Neighborhood Small Grants Program

The N.E.W. Fund (Neighborhoods Energized to Win) of The Coastal Community Foundation (www.ccfgives.org/) is pleased to announce the opening of the 2008 Neighborhood Small Grants Program. For the 18th year, The N.E.W. Fund will award small grants on a competitive basis to low-to-moderate-income neighborhood organizations in Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, and Dorchester counties. The grant dollars, contributed from area businesses, individuals and governments, are used to address key issues in the neighborhoods and to strengthen the leadership skills of neighborhood residents.
