The South Carolina Bar Foundation is proud to announce that Charleston attorneys Elaine H. Fowler and Marie-Louise Ramsdale will assume the offices of president and president-elect beginning July 1. As officers, Fowler and Ramsdale will be working with the Bar Foundation to advance justice to all South Carolina citizens through the programs and services offered by the nonprofit's 19 grant organizations
