Charleston Association of Grant Professionals to meet Nov. 19

The Charleston Association of Grant Professionals (CAGP) will meet Tuesday, November 19, in the auditorium of the Charleston County Public Library from 5:45 – 7:30 p.m.

The speaker: John Sands, Director, Lowcountry Program, the Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelley Foundation (http://gddf.org/).

This foundation focuses its work in two geographic areas—the 13-county Chicago Region and the 9-county Lowcountry of South Carolina which includes Beaufort County, Berkeley County, Charleston County, Colleton County, Dorchester County, Georgetown County, Hampton County, Horry County and Jasper County.

Its areas of interest are land conservation and artistic vitality.    Even if these focus areas are not the same as those of your organization, it will still be a useful program for you to attend.  This will not be a formal presentation but a chance to ‘sit and chat’, ask questions and learn from a seasoned program director.)
