Guiding Principles and Best Practices Workshops Oct. 3
Morning and afternoon workshops using The South Carolina Association of Nonprofit Organizations' (SCANPO's) Guiding Principles & Best Practices, and presented by First Federal, will be held Oct. 3 at the First Federal Corporate Center in North Charleston .
Rooted in extensive work done by South Carolina's most respected nonprofit leaders, the new edition of Guiding Principles and Best Practices incorporates today’s best thinking about nonprofit effectiveness.
Participating nonprofit executives and board members will complete a preliminary assessment of their organization’s standing relative to the GP&BP’s Core Areas of Work. Participants will leave with an initial strategy for implementing Best Practices. Board members are strongly encouraged to attend.
First Federal is generously providing each participating group with a copy of the new GP&BP booklet.
- The morning session is from 8:30-10:00. Spaces have opened up. There is now increased event capacity.
- A second session will be held in the afternoon from 3:00-4:30.
