Homebuyer Workshops

The $8,000 federal tax credit for first-time home buyers is set to expire November 30th, 2009. The Homeownership Resource Center, a division of Family Services, Inc., is offering six free workshops for first-time home buyers. In addition, they’re giving one family or individual per workshop $3,500 to use toward their down payment.

Saturday, September 19th from 10am-4pm
Saturday, September 26th from 10am-4pm
Saturday, October 3rd from 10am-4pm
Saturday, October 10th from 10am-4pm
Saturday, October 17th from 10am-4pm
